Hallo,
ich versuche es mal hier, da ich schon alles ausprobiert habe, was mir in den Sinn kam. Ich hoffe sehr, dass ihr mir helfen könnt. Mir wurde gesagt, dass dieser Fehler bei meiner MacBook Generation oft auftritt. Stimmt das?

Beim Filmschnitt oder Fotobearbeitung in den Programmen „Final Cut Pro X“ und „Photoshop CS5“ stürzt das MacBook Pro plötzlich ab, ohne das der Speicher überlastet war oder es geruckelt hat. Dabei kommt ein kurzer kleiner Blitz und der Bildschirm wird schwarz. Nach ca. 3 Sekunden fährt es sich wieder schnell hoch und man kann sich anmelden. Die Programme sind alle geschlossen und die untenstehende Fehlermeldung kommt. Die passiert bei Wiederverwendung der Programme immer wieder mit dem gleichen Fehler. Ich hatte Anfang 2013 mir daher eine Samsung SSD gekauft und den Arbeitsspeicher von 4 GB auf 8 GB erhöht, da damals das MacBook sehr langsam war und ich dachte der Fehler kommt daher. Leider hat sich jedoch nichts geändert.

Ich habe schon die Festplatte mit dem Festplattendienstprogramm überprüft - Alles ok
Ich habe die Software neu raufgespielt - Fehler kommt immernoch
Ich habe den PRAM Reset gemacht - Keine Veränderung

Hallo Max,

versuche es zuerst bitte einmal in einem neu angelegten Test-Account.

Sollte sich dabei das Phänomen ebenso zeigen, so installiere das MacOS X-System bitte auf einem externen Laufwerk incl. einmal PS - um es gleich im Anschluss zu testen - und danach FCP - um es ebenso zu testen.

Stellt sich in irgend einem der Szcenarien kein Absturz ein, kannst Du davon ausgehen, dass es sich um ein Konfigurationsproblem handelt.

BTW: Ziehe bitte jede nicht benötigte Peripherie von dem Rechner ab.

vielen Dank für Deine Antwort. Ich habe es mit den Test-Accounts probiert, jedoch stürzt das MacBook immernoch ab. Ich mache gerade einen RAM-, CPU- und Cinetest. Mal schauen, was da rauskommt. Hast Du noch andere Ideen?

Wahrscheinlich Logic Board defekt

Hatte genau das selbe Problem. Ist sehr wahrscheinlich ein Hardwareproblem (Grafikkartenspeicher) und lässt sich nur sehr schwer reproduzieren. Ist aber Apple bekannt: http://support.apple.com/kb/TS4088

Bin zum Apple Store und sie haben das Logic Board kostenlos getauscht. Man muss wohl ein bisschen hartnäckig bleiben, da die normalen Tests alle durchlaufen. Am besten bringt man den Panic Report mit und macht auf TS4088 aufmerksam. Apple hat spezielle Tests (OP555) für dieses Problem.

Seit dem Austausch habe ich keine Probleme mehr.
